Rare gilded stucco panel
Signed « Raymond Delamarre » to the lower right
Raymond Delamarre first imagined this gilded panel for Jacques Dembiermont’s dining room in 1927. It was a real success and he decided, with several architects as Michel Roux Spitz, to create a few pieces and integrate them in interior decorative projects until the 1930s. We only know three Mowgli panels to this day.
